We currently have openings for the following positions:

Pipe Welders (B Pressure)

$46.20 per hour (wage including 10% vacation pay)

plus Union medical plan and pension benefits paid by Employer

based on our new one year agreement

You will:

    -have valid Alberta B pressure welding certificate or equivalent.

    -be experienced in pipe welding with GMAW or GTAW processes.

     -pass shop test to qualify to Nardei weld procedures.

    -be prepared to start immediately.

Spooling Shop Bench Pipe Fitter Specialist

$46.20 per hour (wage including 10% vacation pay)

plus Union medical plan and pension benefits paid by Employer

based on our new one year agreement

You will:

-have the ability to read isometric style pipe spool drawings.

-have experience in fitting pipe spools on a single beam fitting bench in a high volume shop environment.

-be prepared to start immediately.

-NOTE THAT THIS IS A SHOP OPPORTUNITY. FITTERS WHO DO NOT HAVE SPOOLING SHOP EXPERIENCE NEED NOT APPLY.

Junior Drafter

The ideal candidate would:

    -Have piping drafting training from a recognized technical institution or relevant work experience.

    -Have a basic knowledge of terminology and concepts in piping details, materials and fabrication.

    -Be motivated to learn in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Shipper/Receiver

You will:

    -Have experience auditing receiving documents and preparing shipping documents.

    -Have experience working in a warehouse environment, including forklift operation.

    -Preferably have knowledge of ASME pipe and fitting materials.

    -Be motivated to learn in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Metal Tradesman

$22.18 per hour (wage including 10% vacation pay) plus health plan paid by Employer

based on our new one year agreement

This is an entry level position requiring no prior experience.

duties will include:

-handling pipe and fittings including training on operation of various material handling devices and equipment

-assisting Journeymen in assembling piping components

-moving assemblies and subassemblies on the production line

-housekeeping and maintenance assistance

Crane Operator

You will:

-Have experience in operation of Rough Terrain mobile cranes up to 12.5 ton.

-Have appropriate certifications for that experience.

-Have good communication skills.
